Amanda Frazier joined as a senior advisory board member to Quorumm in March 2011. She is the Founder and CEO of Synergy Hub, founded in November of 2009.

A 25 year old serial Entrepreneur, Amanda has been involved in mentoring a number of startups in the earliest stages. She is best known as a valued role model and inspiration for many other young Entrepreneurs.

In September of 2010, Amanda was brought in as interim CEO of Plan to Start, Inc to launch the company and establish an in-house content marketing channel for SynergyHub; creating the initial traction. Amanda achieved a 186% growth rate within the first 4 months of launch, with less than $1,000 in investment and no employees.

To date (7 months after launch), Plan to Start Inc. has achieved over 70,000 pageviews; now averaging 19,000 new pageviews per month…one of the fastest growth rates seen in the blog industry.

“The challenge with both of these companies (SynergyHub and Plan to Start) was the market we were targeting: high potential Entrepreneurs in the early stages. They’re very hard to reach…much less identify. Many marketing and media companies fail with this market”. While testing the results of Amanda’s traction, 98.7% of the reached market was identical to the target market profile.

Amanda studied Business Management; with a minor in marketing at Baker Business College and Brigham Young University. She considers herself an “untraditional” marketer with an emphasize on profit instead of sales, relationships instead of transactions, while adding a unique blend of strong team building skills.

Amanda currently lives in Tampa Bay where she enjoys jetskiing, sailing, and soccer.
