Daniel Garrie is an Active Investor and sits on the Board of Advisors of several companies, including: Digital Reef Inc.(eDiscovery), Get.it (Mobile), Treemo Labs (Social & Mobile Commerce), and Eccentex (Cloud Case Management System), among many others.

Mr. Garrie also currently serves as Senior Managing Partner and General Counsel at Focused Solution Recourse Delivery Group (FSRDG), an electronic forensics and data management consulting firm with offices nationwide. Clients who currently rely on FSRDG for guidance on how to handle their most sensitive information include many innovative and successful Fortune 500 companies and AmLaw 50 firms.

Mr. Garrie served as Senior Consultant to the Department of Justice, where he directed essential parts of the Department of Homeland Security on various technology issues, including cyber warfare. In addition, Mr.Garrie was the Senior Team Leader of Internet Banking at Westpac Trust Bank with a 20+ person team and a $50M+ budget.

Mr. Garrie edits the Journal of Legal Technology and Risk Management and has published over 90 articles spanning a number of topics, including: electronic forensics in arbitration, data privacy, and the risks and benefits of cloud computing for large corporations.

His articles have been featured in the American Bar Association’s Journal and the Los Angeles Daily Journal. He is currently working on a book on eDiscovery and arbitration to be published later this year by Thomson
