Dylan Wade is the Group Global Chief Legal Officer and also lead the Quorumm Group initiatives in Latin America  since its inception in  2011.Dylan is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and closing seed and A rounds for the Quorumm portfolio companies.

Dylan’s expertise are in M&A, Intellectual property, Internet Patents, corporate strategy and implementation of turnaround activities.

Dylan brings to Quorumm Ventures nearly 25 years of legal, strategic and operational management experience in the venture capital and media/entertainment industries. Prior to Quorumm Digital Ventures, Dylan led early-stage Internet investments as legal partner for Ignitumm Venture Capital.

With experience as chief Legal officer of several successful companies in both the US and Europe, Dylan combines a strong legal and corporate affairs with an outstanding record as an investment professional to guide and oversee the corporate strategy for the Quorumm fund.

Prior to Ignitumm, Dylan was an audit manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers. He also held interim management roles as a consultant with both public and private firms and assisted in restructuring situations for start-up and growth companies.

Mr. Wade holds an M.A. in economics and law from Downing College, Cambridge University. Dylan has been a passionate runner for more than 20 years, and has successfully completed 10 marathons. Dylan has a real affinity for French wines & Golf.
