Jack founded Quorumm Digital Ventures in 2007, and has been a venture capitalist since 1995.He invests and search primarily early stage digital agencies, social media and interactive media startups.  Jack pioneered the model of digital bootstrapping, enable digital agencies inside a network to reuse idle development and creativity time, to create commodity assets available for the network participants.

Prior to joining Quorumm Digital Ventures, Jack was a lead investor at Fiera.com ecommerce, one of the top online shopping destination in Latin America from 1998 to 2002. Initially, Jack led a team that drove the company’s first significant revenues, helping launch Fiera.com through its initial private placement offering in US.

Has Syndicate investor, Jack has led successful investments into leading companies such as ISP Los Pinos II, fiera.com, Efood.com, Obsidian, Tellium and Tivoli,also leading an spinoff of IntelCapital.

Jack is also, is a founder member of the "Chroma Group" investment club where top entrepreneur and senior management from the digital advertisement industry across the globe, join to share the vision of the new digital marketing industry.

Jack has has a master in Management and technology from the Technische Universität München, and a BA from the University of Boston. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Chroma Group. For leisure, Jack enjoys skiing, golf, and spending time with his familly.
