Scott Kurttila joined as a Senior Partner for Quorumm US in 2010. Before that, he was Managing Partner at Wall & Madison since 2009.

His 13 years of business development experience began at Amazon.com in1997. He feels very fortunate that part of his job role enabled him to review hundreds of incoming business proposals during the company’s early high-growth years. During this time, he developed a deep passion and skill for identifying promising business models and technologies in their pre-success stages.

Since departing Amazon.com in 2002, he has spent his time consulting for several start-ups and mid-sized companies as a business development advisor and strategist. He also served as Director of Acquisition and Subscriber Marketing at SiriusXM Satellite Radio from 2006-2009.

A graduate of Georgetown University, he avidly pursues an array of experiences to gain a unique perspective in life and business.

Some of his past achievements are: bicycling solo 4,000 miles across the US, completing an Iron Man Triathlon, visiting Antarctica twice, and competing as a nationally ranked figure skater.

He’s also been skydiving, hang gliding, has solo climbed and snowboarded a “Colorado Fourteener,” is a certified scuba diver and a Caribbean bareboat sailing buff. Scott lives in New York City and currently spends his leisure time learning to surf.
